Judi Eicher - Gym Owner

A former Maryland State Treasurer for Future Business Leaders of America, Judi was inspired to open Xtreme Acro & Cheer in 2001 after the achievements of her daughter in acrobatic gymnastics and all star cheerleading. With a background in business management, Judi has enjoyed watching Xtreme Acro & Cheer grow from one small cheerleading team and one small acrobatic gymnastics team to eight amazing cheer teams and a large nationally-ranked acrobatic gymnastics team. A family-owned business, Judi’s goal is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for beginner to elite athletes. Judi is national safety certified with US Gymnastics and is a certified acrobatic gymnastics judge, as well as CPR and First Aid certified.


Dave Almeida - Allstar Cheer Director

Dave brings over 15 years of allstar coaching experience to Xtreme Allstars! He is currently certified by AACCA and USASF for levels 1 through 6. Dave is a qualified World Championship judge.  He was a two-time Collegiate National Champion at George Mason University and NC State University. Dave's past experiences include head coach of Coastal Carolina University,  UCA and Spirit Xpress Summer Camp Head Instructor, Owner/Director of Potomac Valley Allstars, Co-Director of East Coast Allstars. Dave is AACCA safety, first/aid/buddy care certified and CPR certified. He is looking forward to leading our program in a new direction! We welcome Dave to our Xtreme Allstars family!


Juli Arnett - Acro Program Director/Head Coach, Cheer Coach

Juli graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in sociology. Juli is one of the co-founders of the Xtreme Cheer program.  She has over 20 years experience in cheerleading, gymnastics and acrobatic gymnastics.  Juli is a 4–time National Champion in acrobatic gymnastics and a 2-time National Champion in tumbling.  She competed as both an elite level top and middle in a women's trio. After winning the national championship titles, she represented the United States in two world championships in Beijing, China and Worclaw, Poland finishing 7th in the World and setting a record for the U.S.  As a coach, Juli was recently voted 2008 and 2010 Regional Coach of the Year for USA Acrobatic Gymnastics Region 7. Juli was also selected as an official Team USA coach for the 2010 World Championship help in Poland in July 2010. As a Varsity cheerleader and one of the main flyers for Florida State University, she placed 2nd at the COA Collegiate co-ed partner stunting Nationals. Juli is USAG Safety Certified Judge & Coach, and is also CPR and First Aid certified.


Astin Moore - Cheer & Tumbling Coach

Astin Moore, born in Charleston, WV, is a graduate of both the Community College of the Air Force and Coastal Carolina University. Astin began competitive gymnastics at the age of 6 where he earned several national and state titles and participated in recreational cheerleading. While at CCU, as co-captain, he helped lead his coed cheerleading program to the NCA National Finals for the first time in school history and earned honors as NCA's 2001 Top Gun Tumbler. Later in 2003, after joining the USAF Reserves, he was activated for Operation Iraqi Freedom and spent several months overseas. Upon his return Astin co-founded an all-star cheerleading program and coached levels 1-5 in the all-star cheerleading industry as well as levels 4,5,6,7 & 8 competitive gymnastics. Astin is AACCA safety, first aid/buddy care and CPR certified. Astin is pumped to join the Xtreme Allstars family! 


Allison Cole - Assistant Acro Coach

Alli attended the University of Maryland for 2 years. She has had over 17 years of experience in cheerleading, gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, and diving.  She is a 6-time National Champion in acrobatic gymnastics, a National champion in tumbling, and a NCA National Champion in cheerleading. She competed as an Elite top. Alli also represented the United States at the World Age Championships in Germany where she finished 5th in the World. She was also a member of the University of Maryland 3-time NCAA National Champion Competitive Cheerleading team for 2 years. Alli has also coached spring board diving for 6 years. She is a United States Gymnastics certified coach, State level judge, and a United States Diving certified coach. She is also safety certified through United States Gymnastics and United States Diving. Alli has her CPR and First Aid certification through Red Cross. 


Corey Flynn - Assistant Acro Coach

Corey currently has 15 years experience in gymnastics and tumbling. Corey began her training in gymnastics in 1991 at Bainbridge Gymnastics in Geauga County, OH.  She trained there for 4 years until moving to MD where she started training at Jacks Gymnastics and Frederick Gymnastics. Corey continued with these gyms  until 2000. In 2002 she joined the Xtreme staff as the instructor of several gymnastics and tumbling classes as well as coach the Tumbling and Trampoline Team. Corey has worked with ages ranging from 2 years to 16 years. Corey is a USAG Safety Certified Coach. Now in her 6th year with Xtreme, Corey is currently the assistant coach for the Xtreme Acro team. She is looking forward to another exciting year at Xtreme.


Dave "Coach P" Murphy - Cheer Coach/Tumbling Coach

Coach P joins the Xtreme Athletics staff with over 10 years of experience in competitive cheerleading, tumbling, and choreography. As an athlete himself, Coach P cheered at both the high school varsity and all-star levels – and won the Top Gun Tumbling Award in 1999. Coach P’s expertise is choreography; and he has choreographed award winning routines for both all-star and collegiate teams. He has coached several national champion all-star teams in Levels 1 through 5. Coach P is also experienced as a tumbling coach working with begining to advanced levels, and is excited to be a part of the Xtreme Allstars family!


Alice Nikitina - Assistant Acro Coach

Alice has been performing and competing for over 18 years. She started in ballet at a young age. She was a competitive rhythmic gymnast for 7 years and was a Junior Olympic National Team member 2001-2003. Alice has her degree in Psychology from Towson University where she was also a competitive and game cheerleader from 2005-2008. She joined Acro in 2008 and was a silver medalist with her trio at the 2009 National Championships. Alice has over 8 years of teaching and coaching experience which began at MarVaTots N'Teens Gymnastics. She is thrilled to be joining the Xtreme family as the Acro team's assistant coach and dance instructor. Alice is fluent in Russian and is CPR/First Aid certified. She is also a USAG Safety Certified Coach.
 


Amy Stewart - Cheer Coach

Amy has over 16 years of experience in cheerleading. Amy has coached at Xtreme since it's opening in 2001, and has led several of her teams to both national champion and grand champion titles. As an athlete herself, she cheered both in high school and on an all-star team for 2 years. She also received a cheerleading scholarship to the Division 1 Saint Francis University where she led her squad as captain her junior and senior year. While at SFU, Amy cheered at the nationally televised NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament during her freshman and sophomore year. She has her bachelor of science in nursing, and works as a registered nurse, with experience in surgical oncology and endoscopy. She is CPR and ACLS certified. Amy loves spending time with her Xtreme Allstars family, and is looking forward to her 10th season with Xtreme!
